Article 64 of the LOTT provides for regular, discretionary and on-demand public road passenger transport. Regular services follow predetermined routes, calendars and timetables; discretionary services are not subject to them. On-demand services operate following a user request, may or may not have them predetermined, and operate under a public-sector contract.
