The vertical sign, under Article 133. First check that both instructions concern the same place, vehicle and situation. Comply with both when compatible. The general hierarchy is officers, temporary signals and delineation, traffic lights, vertical signs and road markings. The most restrictive rule applies to signals of the same type.
