Correct answer
Motorways and dual carriageways.
On motorways and Spanish dual carriageways, article 80.3 prohibits reversing. Article 80.1’s general exceptions do not permit reversing there as a complement to another manoeuvre. On other roads, permitted cases require the minimum necessary distance; when complementing stopping, parking or joining traffic, the distance must not exceed 15 m or enter a junction. Missing an exit does not permit reversing on a motorway or Spanish dual carriageway.
