Repair it and present it for reinspection at the same or another station within no more than two months.
Repair the defects and return to an ITV station within no more than two months of the first unfavourable inspection. Another station may be chosen. Driving is permitted only to reach a repair shop or, where applicable, regularise the situation and return for inspection, not for ordinary journeys. There is no universal 15-day deadline or requirement to use only external transport: the latter applies to a negative result involving very serious defects.
