What it means
The S-368 sign is placed over the carriageway on a motorway or dual carriageway and indicates an exit toward a motorway or dual carriageway and the continuing direction. It informs by lanes of the path that leaves the road toward another high-capacity road and the one that continues on the main itinerary. It usually appears at links where a late decision may cause dangerous changes. When you see it, read the sign above your lane, confirm destination, and keep distance before the separation point. In the test they often check that it is not only an exit: the continuing direction is also shown.
