What usually changes in practice
When the DGT updates questions or emphasis areas, it does not usually mean the whole exam has changed. More often, specific topics receive more weight: urban mobility, interaction with vulnerable road users, newer signs, and risk awareness.
That is why alarmist summaries are rarely useful. The best approach is still a solid theory base combined with recently reviewed practice questions.

Topics to review carefully
Recent years have given more attention to bicycles, scooters, low-emission zones, urban speed limits, and safe following distance. These are common real-world situations, and they are also common exam contexts.
