Correct answer
The yellow and red cars.
The vertical R-307 prohibition sign on the right-hand pavement indicates that stopping and parking are prohibited on the side of the carriageway where it is placed. Unless another sign is present, its instructions end at the next junction, so it applies only to the yellow car and not to the red car, which is parked before the sign. The green van is also parked incorrectly because, under the Regulations, parking is prohibited on level crossings, cycle crossings and pedestrian crossings, as in this case.
