What it means
The S-572 sign is a kilometre marker on a conventional road. It informs of the road and the kilometre point, helping you locate yourself on the route, confirm continuity, or report an incident precisely. It does not order any manoeuvre or by itself change priority, limit, or the type of users allowed. It usually appears on the edges of conventional roads successively along the itinerary. When you see it, use it as a location reference and continue paying attention to the specific signs on the stretch. In the test it is often distinguished from motorway, dual carriageway, or European-route markers, and not from mandatory signs.
