What it means
The S-360 sign is placed over the carriageway on a conventional road and indicates an immediate exit toward a conventional road and the continuing direction. It links lanes with the exit and with continuation of the route, so you must decide before reaching the separation point. It usually appears at important intersections or forks where destinations are distributed by lanes. When you see it, confirm whether you are taking the exit or continuing, occupy the appropriate lane, and avoid sudden changes. In the test they often ask that the exit is immediate, that it appears over the carriageway, and that it belongs to a conventional road.
