What it means
The S-450 sign identifies a third-level regional road. It informs of the administrative type of road or the itinerary it belongs to, helping you orient yourself and confirm that you are following the intended road. It does not by itself change limits, priorities, or obligations: those conditions depend on the signs and on the specific road. It usually appears on markers, direction panels, route confirmations, or accesses where the road you are on or heading toward is indicated. When you see it, use it as a location reference. In the test they often ask what class of road it identifies, not an automatic traffic rule.
