Sign S-111: Restauracion

What it means

The S-111 sign informs of restaurant service. It indicates the presence or direction of an establishment where you can eat, as a service for travellers, without by itself changing traffic or authorising improper stops or turns. It usually appears in service areas, through roads, accesses to towns, tourist routes, or roads with nearby services. When you see it, decide in advance whether you will follow the indication, signal the exit or turn, and respect the priority of main traffic. In the test they usually treat it as a service sign and distinguish it from a café, hotel, picnic area, or simple tourist indication.
