What it means
The P-10b sign warns of the approach to a level crossing, movable bridge, or quay on the left-hand side. It reinforces that the danger associated with tracks, a movable deck, quay edge, or special regulation is related to that side of the road. It usually forms part of an approach sequence, so it does not by itself order you to stop, but it does require you to prepare for later signs, barriers, lights, or markings. When you see it, watch especially to the left, reduce uncertainty, and keep enough distance. In the test they often ask about the side indicated and its approach function, not priority.
