What it means
The P-14b sign warns of dangerous curves to the left. It means that ahead you will find several successive curves and that the first reference of the stretch turns to that side, with possible loss of visibility and a need to control your path better. It is usually placed before winding stretches where entering fast may cause entry into the opposite lane or sudden corrections. When you see it, slow before the first curve, keep your lane, and wait until you have enough visibility before any manoeuvre. In the test they often ask the initial direction of the curves and distinguish it from a single left-hand curve.
