What it means
The P-15a sign warns of a raised bump in the carriageway. It means the road profile changes upward and may affect stability, passenger comfort, and vehicle control if you arrive too fast. It usually appears before speed humps, raised ridges, or elevations used to calm traffic, especially in urban areas, through roads, or sensitive accesses. When you see it, slow down progressively, keep a steady path, and avoid braking sharply on top of the bump. In the test it is often contrasted with dip or uneven surface signs to check that you identify the specific raised feature announced.
