What it means
The R-104 sign prohibits entry to motorcycles. It applies to the user driving that type of vehicle, although other vehicles may be allowed if there is no other sign excluding them. It is usually placed at accesses to streets, zones, tunnels, paths, or routes where motorcycle traffic is not admitted under the established traffic layout. When you see it, you must not enter on a motorcycle and must find a permitted route before reaching the restricted point. In the test they often check the specific vehicle affected, because it is not a general ban on all motor vehicles or a mere recommendation to avoid the road.
