What it means
The R-413 sign indicates dipped headlights. It requires you to drive with dipped-beam lights switched on from the point where it applies, because the road or stretch conditions require better visibility and for other users to see you. It usually appears in tunnels, underpasses, stretches with reduced visibility, or areas where vehicle lighting is specifically required. When you see it, switch on the corresponding lighting and pay attention to panels indicating the end of the obligation. In the test they often distinguish it from tunnel information signs and from voluntary use of lights.
