What it means
The R-302 sign means right turn prohibited. From the point where it is placed you may not make that turn, even if the manoeuvre seems simple or there is no traffic at that moment, unless other applicable signing establishes an exception. It usually appears at intersections, accesses, one-way streets, areas with mandatory routes, or points where the turn would create conflict. When you see it, prepare a permitted alternative and position yourself in advance to continue along the authorised path. In the test they often distinguish it from mandatory direction and U-turn prohibition: here the right turn is prohibited.
