What it means
The S-263a sign gives advance information on a motorway or dual carriageway for a service zone or area with an exclusive exit. It indicates in advance that access to those services is made through its own exit, separate from other destinations, so you can decide without interfering with main traffic. It is usually placed before service areas or similar zones on high-capacity roads. When you see it, confirm whether you want to access it, move to the appropriate lane in time, and do not interpret that all vehicles must leave. In the test they often distinguish exclusive exit from shared exit and check that the sign only informs and guides.
