What it means
The S-50d sign informs of lanes reserved for traffic according to the signed speed. It presents a lane layout in which each lane is linked to the indicated speed, so you must read the whole panel before choosing position. It usually appears on carriageways with several lanes where flows are separated to organise traffic and avoid abrupt differences in pace. When you see it, respect the indication corresponding to the lane you use, change in advance, and do not cross lanes late to correct a choice. In the test they often ask that it is not a single general limit, but an assignment by lanes.
