What it means
The S-354 sign indicates an overhead sign on a conventional road for an immediate exit toward a motorway or dual carriageway. Placed over the lanes, it informs which path you must follow if you are taking the exit toward a high-capacity road, without requiring you to leave if your itinerary continues on the conventional road. It usually appears at links where lane choice must be made before the separation point. When you see it, read destinations, markings, and arrows, and change lane only safely. In the test they often ask that it is an immediate-exit indication, not a motorway-start sign.
