What it means
The S-602 sign confirms towns on an itinerary along a motorway or dual carriageway. It informs that you continue toward the indicated destinations on a high-capacity road, normally after links or points where there could be doubt about the route. It does not require exiting or by itself guarantee distances other than those the panel shows. It usually appears as confirmation to maintain trip orientation. When you see it, check that you are still on the correct itinerary and remain attentive to upcoming exits. In the test it is often distinguished from advance signing: it confirms destinations on the route, not necessarily an immediate exit.
