What it means
The P-1a sign warns of an intersection where you keep priority over a road on the right. Although the priority is yours, you must not cross as if there were no risk: watch the side access, adapt your speed, and anticipate mistakes by other users. It usually appears before junctions where the main road continues and a secondary road arrives from the right. When you see it, keep a clear path and avoid manoeuvres that could confuse someone approaching from that side. In the test they often check that you distinguish priority over the right-hand road from the general priority-to-the-right rule.
