What it means
The R-112 sign prohibits entry to motor vehicles with a trailer other than a semi-trailer or a single-axle trailer. The key is to look at the vehicle-trailer combination, because the prohibition is not aimed at all motor vehicles or all trailers in the same way. It is usually placed at accesses or stretches where certain combinations with trailers are not admitted for safety, manoeuvrability, or traffic organisation. When you see it, if your combination is affected you must look for another route. In the test they often use it to check the exception stated in the official name and not a generic answer about trailers.
