Sign R-113: No entry a vehicles of traccion animal

What it means

The R-113 sign prohibits entry to animal-drawn vehicles. It refers to carts or other vehicles moved by animals, not to pedestrians with animals or to all slow vehicles. It is usually placed at accesses where that type of traffic is not admitted because of safety, flow, width, coexistence with other users, or route layout. When you see it, if you drive an animal-drawn vehicle you must look for a permitted route and not enter for convenience even if the way appears clear. In the test they often ask the exact affected user and distinguish it from signs for ridden animals or animal warnings.
