What it means
The R-308 sign means parking prohibited. It forbids leaving the vehicle parked in the affected place or stretch, although it does not necessarily prevent a brief stop if the rules and signing at the point allow it. It is usually placed on streets, accesses, loading areas, narrow stretches, emergency exits, or places where parking would obstruct traffic. When you see it, look for an authorised place and check whether panels specify scope, timetable, or side of application. In the test they often distinguish parking from stopping and ask that the prohibition does not always mean no stopping.
