What it means
The R-308c sign prohibits parking during the first fortnight. It applies to parking in the indicated period, without necessarily turning every permitted brief stop into an offence or removing other panels that may specify time, side, or stretch. It is usually used on streets with alternating parking for cleaning, urban services, space distribution, or improved visibility. When you see it, before leaving the vehicle check whether you are within the first fortnight and read the supplementary signing. In the test they often look for confusion with even days, odd days, or the second fortnight, and with the difference between stopping and parking.
