What it means
The R-308b sign prohibits parking on even-numbered days. The prohibition applies to parking, not necessarily to a brief stop allowed by the rules, and it applies only when the day matches the case indicated by the sign. It is usually used on streets with alternating parking to organise cleaning, services, visibility, or space distribution. When you see it, check whether the day is even before leaving the vehicle and pay attention to panels specifying the affected stretch, time, or side. In the test they often look for confusion with odd-numbered days and with the difference between stopping and parking.
