What it means
The R-308e sign prohibits parking at a vehicle access. It protects an access that must remain clear for vehicles entering and leaving, so you must not leave your vehicle occupying the signed space even if it seems it will not be used at that moment. It usually appears next to garages, property accesses, premises, services, emergency areas, or places where passage continuity is necessary. When you see it, look for another permitted place and observe any markings or panels defining the scope. In the test they often distinguish parking from stopping and focus on the specific reason being the vehicle access.
