What it means
The R-308d sign prohibits parking during the second fortnight. It applies to parking in the indicated period and requires checking the date before leaving the vehicle, as well as reading any panel specifying stretch, time, or side of application. It is usually used on streets with alternating parking to facilitate cleaning, services, visibility, or distribution of available space. When you see it, do not park if you are within the second fortnight and look for a permitted place. In the test it is often contrasted with the first fortnight, even or odd days, and the difference between parking and stopping briefly.
