What it means
The S-15c sign gives advance notice of a dead-end carriageway. It warns in advance that, if you follow the indicated direction, you will reach a road that does not allow continuation beyond it, although it usually still gives access to properties, services, or local manoeuvres. It often appears before urban junctions, industrial estates, residential areas, or slip roads where it is useful to decide before entering. When you see it, assess whether that is really your route and avoid entering by mistake if you need through movement to another destination. In the test they often check that it does not by itself prohibit entry: it informs of no exit for through traffic.
