What it means
The S-760 sign informs of motorways and dual carriageways. It guides toward itineraries of that road class or identifies them within a direction panel, without necessarily being the immediate start of the motorway or dual carriageway if it is not placed as an entry sign. It usually appears at links, accesses, ring roads, or advance signs where the driver must choose direction toward a high-capacity road. When you see it, read destinations and lanes in time, signal any change, and respect later signing. In the test they often distinguish it from signs that mark the beginning or end of a motorway or dual carriageway.
